What’s out there

Between the three lanes are neutral camps of different strengths, breakable crates and statues that drop souls or short buffs. City Never Sleeps gave each lane its own district theme and neutral enemy type, so learn what spawns near your lane.

The farming loop

The efficient loop is lane → camp → lane. Shove your wave, clear the nearest camp while the next wave walks, and be back in time to last-hit it. The jungle supplements lane income; it never replaces it.

  1. Clear camps on the way to wherever you’re already going.
  2. Break crates on your walk back from base.
  3. Heroes with strong area damage clear camps fastest — let them have the jungle late.

Don’t over-jungle

Missing a wave to clear a camp is usually a net loss. So is farming while your team fights five-versus-six. Farm in the gaps: after a won fight, after shoving, or while an objective is respawning.

Invading

Taking the enemy’s camps steals souls directly, but it’s risky without vision of their team. Invade when you’ve just won a fight, when enemies are shown elsewhere on the map, or with a teammate.
