Viscous vs Shiv

Brawler vs Brawler

A brawler mirror is about who commits second. Both of you want close range, so the hero who lands crowd control on the other’s engage wins the trade. Keep stamina for a disengage and fight near your troopers.

Your game plan as Viscous

A blob of goo who saves allies and punches enemies through walls.

How to beat Shiv

A dirty fighter who bleeds you, defers his own damage and finishes you with an execute.

• 01Burst him during Bloodletting’s deferred damage window.
• 02Stay above execute range when Killing Blow is up.
• 03Anti-heal his sustain.

1. 01Viscous out-farms Shiv by ~13.9 last hits per match. Contest every orb and punish them for walking up to last-hit.
2. 02Brawler mirror: whoever lands crowd control first wins the trade. Keep stamina for the dash out.

• Viscous finishes 147 souls behind Shiv on average — play for teamfights and scaling rather than lane kills.
