Viscous vs Mirage

Brawler vs Assassin

You have the health; they have the burst. Make them fight you long — every second past their first combo is in your favour. Buy defensive items early and stay near allies.

Your game plan as Viscous

A blob of goo who saves allies and punches enemies through walls.

How to beat Mirage

A traveller who keeps fights alive with scarabs and arrives where you least expect.

• 01Interrupt Traveler with damage; it cancels.
• 02Watch for Mirage arriving from nowhere.
• 03Anti-heal against scarab lifesteal.

1. 01Farm is close (-4.7 last hits per match), so trades decide this lane, not last hits.
2. 02Mirage looks for burst windows. Don’t sit in lane at low health, and ping the moment they disappear — they’re hunting.

Standard order works here.

• Viscous averages 0.72 kills per death against Mirage.
• Viscous finishes 1.6k souls behind Mirage on average — play for teamfights and scaling rather than lane kills.
• Viscous deals 836 less objective damage per match than Mirage — let teammates take structures while you hold.
• Track Traveler (140s cooldown). The window right after Mirage uses it is your best time to fight.
