The Doorman vs Holliday

Mystic vs Marksman

Use spells to force them out of position; marksmen hate being moved.

Your game plan as The Doorman

A hotel concierge who controls where everyone goes.

How to beat Holliday

A trick-shooter. Holliday launches you into the air and then shoots you out of it.

• 01Don’t stand near Powder Keg — she can detonate it whenever she wants.
• 02Respect her headshots; she out-duels most heroes who stand still.
• 03Spread so Lasso only takes one.

1. 01Farm is close (+3.4 last hits per match), so trades decide this lane, not last hits.
2. 02Holliday out-ranges most heroes. Fight around corners and troopers; step in when they reload or spend their mobility.

Standard order works here.

• The Doorman averages 0.81 kills per death against Holliday.
• The Doorman finishes 339 souls behind Holliday on average — play for teamfights and scaling rather than lane kills.
• The Doorman deals 1.1k less objective damage per match than Holliday — let teammates take structures while you hold.
• Track Spirit Lasso (130s cooldown). The window right after Holliday uses it is your best time to fight.
