Ivy vs Dynamo

How Ivy beats Dynamo
Your game plan as Ivy
The partner. Ivy is twice as strong when she’s attached to the right ally.
How to beat Dynamo
The fight-warper. Dynamo’s whole game is the one Singularity that wins the match.
- 01Never group tight when Dynamo is missing from the map.
- 02Rejuvenating Aurora is a channel, so interrupt it.
- 03Have one hero hold a stun for Dynamo after he teleports in.
Head-to-head
Win the lane: Ivy into Dynamo
- 01Ivy out-farms Dynamo by ~13.4 last hits per match. Contest every orb and punish them for walking up to last-hit.
- 02Ivy denies ~1 more orb per match — keep shooting theirs.
- 03Dynamo has sustain (Rejuvenating Aurora). Short, sharp trades beat long ones — buy anti-heal early.
- 04Your own sustain (Kudzu Connection, Stone Form) wins extended lanes — stay longer than they can.
Skill order for this matchup
59.6% win rate over 20,317 matches
Early pointPut an early point into Kudzu Connection: Dynamo can drag you out of position, so keep a way back.
Max firstMax Stone Form before Kudzu Connection: Dynamo heals through slow damage (Rejuvenating Aurora), so burst them instead.
- Hold
Hold Kudzu Connection for Singularity — use it the moment Dynamo commits, not before.
