How Celeste beats Shiv
Mystic vs Brawler
Kite and zone. Your spells punish brawlers who walk straight at you.
Your game plan as Celeste
A showman. Celeste’s damage only comes out if you attack her — or stand in the light.
Lane
Light Eater marks enemies for extra damage and gives you spirit lifesteal. Dazzling Trick punishes anyone who bursts your barrier.
Mid game
Zone chokes with Radiant Daggers. The explosion is delayed, so place it where enemies will be, not where they are.
Late game
Shining Wonder bounces between grouped enemies and cuts dash distance — throw it into a clumped team before your dive.
How to beat Shiv
A dirty fighter who bleeds you, defers his own damage and finishes you with an execute.
- 01Burst him during Bloodletting’s deferred damage window.
- 02Stay above execute range when Killing Blow is up.
- 03Anti-heal his sustain.
