How Celeste beats Mina
Mystic vs Mystic
Spell duels are cooldown trades. Use yours after theirs.
Your game plan as Celeste
A showman. Celeste’s damage only comes out if you attack her — or stand in the light.
Lane
Light Eater marks enemies for extra damage and gives you spirit lifesteal. Dazzling Trick punishes anyone who bursts your barrier.
Mid game
Zone chokes with Radiant Daggers. The explosion is delayed, so place it where enemies will be, not where they are.
Late game
Shining Wonder bounces between grouped enemies and cuts dash distance — throw it into a clumped team before your dive.
How to beat Mina
A harasser who bites you to death with spirit damage you never quite dodge.
- 01Close the gap; Mina’s strength is long harassment.
- 02Bait Sanguine Retreat before committing.
- 03Silence and Spirit Resist blunt her whole kit.

Laning
Win the lane: Celeste into Mina
- 01Farm is close (+3.7 last hits per match), so trades decide this lane, not last hits.
- 02Mina deals most damage with abilities. Trade right after they’ve used their main spell, and consider early Spirit Shielding.
- 03Your own sustain (Light Eater) wins extended lanes — stay longer than they can.
