Baba vs Lady Geist

Mystic vs Mystic

Spell duels are cooldown trades. Use yours after theirs.

Your game plan as Baba

A chaotic hex-caster who turns fights into a mess of silences, slows and stolen Spirit.

How to beat Lady Geist

A blood-mage who spends her own health to take yours.

• 01Pressure her when she’s low from her own abilities.
• 02Break Life Drain’s line of sight.
• 03Stay healthy near her when Soul Exchange is up; it’s worth less against low-health targets.

1. 01Lady Geist wins the farm by ~45.5 last hits per match. Prioritise safe last hits and denies over trades, and let your lane partner zone.
2. 02Lady Geist deals most damage with abilities. Trade right after they’ve used their main spell, and consider early Spirit Shielding.
3. 03Lady Geist has sustain (Life Drain). Short, sharp trades beat long ones — buy anti-heal early.

Max Baba's Brew before Threadsap: Lady Geist heals through slow damage (Life Drain), so burst them instead.

• 3
  Early point

Lady Geist wins the farm: an early point into Baba's Brew clears waves and keeps you in lane.

• Baba averages 1.09 kills per death against Lady Geist.
• Baba finishes 1.5k souls behind Lady Geist on average — play for teamfights and scaling rather than lane kills.
• Baba deals 1.8k less objective damage per match than Lady Geist — let teammates take structures while you hold.
• Track Soul Exchange (220s cooldown). The window right after Lady Geist uses it is your best time to fight.
